Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Wallace & Crawford Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Room for improvement
Wallace & Crawford Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Pretty good
