Helpful but slow
The broker at Wallace & Cook Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Okay but not great
Used Wallace & Cook Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Wallace & Cook Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
