Fair pricing
Wallace & Connor Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wallace & Connor Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

I've been with Wallace & Connor Insurance for years and they consistently find me the best rates. Their claims support is top-notch too.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wallace & Connor Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
