Does the job
Walker & Shepherd Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Kelowna. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Fair pricing
Walker & Shepherd Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Okay but not great
Used Walker & Shepherd Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Walker & Shepherd Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
