Lost my documents
Walker & Shepherd Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Walker & Shepherd Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Couldn't be happier

Slow and unresponsive
Walker & Shepherd Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
