Amazing customer service

Room for improvement

Could be better
The rates Walker & Johnson Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Walker & Johnson Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
