Poor communication
My biggest issue with Walker Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Walker Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
