Great for bundling

Helpful but slow
The broker at Walker & Douglas Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Pretty good
Walker & Douglas Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Walker & Douglas Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
