Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Walker & Chase Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Slow and unresponsive
Walker & Chase Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Walker & Chase Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
