Decent service

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Voyager Risk Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Voyager Risk Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Voyager Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
