Reliable broker
Been with Voyager Insurance Solutions for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Voyager Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
