Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Voyager Brokerage. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Voyager Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Okay but not great
Used Voyager Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Voyager Brokerage was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Room for improvement
Voyager Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
