Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Voyager Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Voyager Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

My experience with Voyager Brokerage was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Family business feel
