My son's travel insurance had expired, and I couldn't find an insurer (e.g., Blue Cross required my son to be in Canada to be covered). Thank you, Eureka, for allowing my son to continue his trip without worry.

I am very disappointed with the service and advice I received from this broker. Last year, they sold me an annual insurance policy with Blue Cross. After a month-long trip to Spain, a $391.64 claim for a clinic consultation, and six months of phone calls and emails, I received no response. This year, they suggested another, less expensive company, and I signed without realizing that the price of the plan had almost doubled. I called a competitor, and to my surprise, the same coverage with the same company cost me much less, but they couldn't take me on because of the existing contract with Eurêka. I am very disappointed and have learned a valuable lesson.

I've been taking my travel insurance with them for several years! Very good and competent service. I recommend them.
