Saved us money on auto insurance

Good value
I appreciate that Vista Insurance Advisors shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Vista Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Vista Insurance Advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
