Renewal was painless
Just went through my annual renewal with Vision Conseil en Assurance. They proactively reviewed my home insurance and found me a better rate without me even asking.

Room for improvement
Vision Conseil en Assurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
Used Vision Conseil en Assurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Vision Conseil en Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
