Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Virage Courtage was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Virage Courtage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
Virage Courtage helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Rouyn-Noranda. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Lost my documents
Virage Courtage lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
