Does the job
Virage Assurances Inc. helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Trois-Rivieres. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Room for improvement

Great for bundling

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Virage Assurances Inc. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Virage Assurances Inc.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
