Solid broker
Villeneuve Groupe d'Assurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Villeneuve Groupe d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
