Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Villeneuve Assurances Inc.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Villeneuve Assurances Inc.. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Room for improvement
Villeneuve Assurances Inc. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
