Okay but not great
Used Victory Risk Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Could be better
The rates Victory Risk Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Victory Risk Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
