Reliable broker
Been with Venture Insurance Services for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Venture Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Venture Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
