Okay but not great
Used Vanguard Insurance Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Vanguard Insurance Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Vanguard Insurance Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
