Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Vanguard Insurance Services was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Vanguard Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Solid broker
