Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Vanguard Insurance Services was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Vanguard Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
