Reliable broker
Been with Vanguard Financial & Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Lost my documents
Vanguard Financial & Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement
Vanguard Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
