Average experience
My experience with Vanguard Financial & Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Vanguard Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Vanguard Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Vanguard Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
