Poor communication
My biggest issue with Valley Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Valley Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Five stars all around
Switched to Valley Insurance Agency on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
