Solid broker
Valley Insurance Agency is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Reliable broker

Okay but not great
Used Valley Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Slow and unresponsive
Valley Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
