Okay but not great
Used Valley Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Multi-policy savings

Lost my documents

Helpful but slow
The broker at Valley Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Great for bundling

Room for improvement
