Poor communication
My biggest issue with Vachon Assurances Inc. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
Vachon Assurances Inc. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Does the job
Vachon Assurances Inc. helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Laval. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
