Good value
I appreciate that Universal Risk Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Universal Risk Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Universal Risk Solutions. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
