Could be better
The rates Union Insurance Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Room for improvement
Union Insurance Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
Used Union Insurance Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
