Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Union Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Solid broker
Union Brokerage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Okay but not great
Used Union Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Union Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
