Very unprofessional when it comes to get paid for your loss of vehicle. I am waiting for my cheque for last one month, mail takes one day to reach my home from their office, every other day a new story. Adjusters are very unprofessional in responding with update. Very frustrated with their services.

I have been covered by your company for a number of years. When I looked at this month's coverage (January 2018) the Auto amount only is shown. It has jumped to double of last year. There is no mention that my Rental insurance for this month's coverage (January 2018) is included. I called an agent in Lethbridge and he hit me with "you are responsible for the March 3 2017 accident". This accident had no damage to either car. In fact the other vehicle took off to find a parking space and did not return to the accident locale to finish exchanging insurance paperwork.

This is the worst company I have dealt with in my life. We have called them at least 50 times and sent many emails, most of the time the adjuster just simply not picking up the phone or didn't reply. The only couple of times she reply was lies. Burt

Worst. Experience. Ever. Hardly ANY necessary information upon request; only short, one-line responses to questions requiring much, much more. A super vague rental agreement that was apparently cut after Enterprise had closed, leaving me no choice but pay. Sent me to retrieve the physical copy of my registration slip from my car from a tow company in a different community, only to realize it was never sent there. Sent to another company only to be rudely turned away - I was then blamed for not being able to retrieve it. The list goes on and on. This company is great at making terrible situations worse.

this should have no star at all. Poor service, will not listen to client, they only listen on how to collect money. My claim as of now took more than 1 month. claim agent always say call you back, but never did. I arrange my own rental, at first agent don't allow and then I insist, my car cannot be driveable, driver side mirror was broken, it's not even my fault. They write it off, took 1 week fort hem to transfer to another adjuster. these adjuster are not highly trained nor all their agents. Time to rethink to move to another company. I regret that I referred this company to my friends, colleague and my relatives. I will tell all of them about the experience I had.
