Okay but not great

Used Twin Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Lost my documents

Twin Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with Twin Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Five stars all around

Switched to Twin Insurance Group on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Slow and unresponsive

Twin Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for bundling

Twin Insurance Group bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Very knowledgeable team

Twin Insurance Group has a team of very knowledgeable brokers. They helped me understand the difference between various auto insurance coverages and what I actually need.

Does the job

Twin Insurance Group helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Thunder Bay. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
