Good value
I appreciate that Twin Insurance Brokers shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Five stars all around
Switched to Twin Insurance Brokers on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Okay but not great
Used Twin Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Twin Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
