Okay but not great
Used Twin Insurance Advisors for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Twin Insurance Advisors. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Twin Insurance Advisors. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good value
I appreciate that Twin Insurance Advisors shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Insurance made simple

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Twin Insurance Advisors. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
