Family business feel
Turner Risk Management has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Turner Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Turner Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
