Solid broker
Turner & McLean Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Room for improvement
Turner & McLean Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
Turner & McLean Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
