Room for improvement
Turner & Green Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful staff

Decent service

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Turner & Green Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Turner & Green Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good overall experience
