Mixed feelings

I had mixed feelings about Turner & Fleming Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Combined our home, auto, and cottage insurance through Turner & Fleming Insurance. The multi-policy discount was substantial and managing everything through one broker is so convenient.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with Turner & Fleming Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend

Had a bad experience with Turner & Fleming Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
