Lost my documents
Turcotte Services d'Assurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Turcotte Services d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Could be better
The rates Turcotte Services d'Assurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
