Slow and unresponsive
Turcotte Courtage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Turcotte Courtage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Couldn't be happier
