Lost my documents
Tucker & McLean Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement
Tucker & McLean Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Tucker & McLean Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
