Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through TrueLeaf Insurance Agency. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Helpful but slow
The broker at TrueLeaf Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from TrueLeaf Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
