Fair pricing
Trident Insurance Agency offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Does the job
Trident Insurance Agency helped me find auto insurance after I moved to North Bay. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Trident Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Trident Insurance Agency last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.
