Poor communication
My biggest issue with Tremblay Solutions d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Tremblay Solutions d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Could be better
The rates Tremblay Solutions d'Assurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Tremblay Solutions d'Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
