Travel Guardian Insurance

My experience with Travel Guardian Insurance for purchasing travel medical insurance has been professional, with timely return on requests, questions, etc, all via phone calls. The staff I spoke with are friendly, very helpful and understanding of my requirements. I have not had to make a claim as yet but I feel confident at this point that there will be no issues with a reasonably speedy process. I will use their services for my next trip which I will be booking soon.

I used Travel Guardian for all of my travel insurance needs. They are quick to respond and offer a wide range of policy options. The staff are very personable and I especially recommend Nichole Bradshaw.

I got to Travel Guardian via the Tugo Website. What was interesting was that when I got a quote online it was more than calling and talking to them. So call and speak to Nicole. She was AMAZING. Kind, help, supportive, and explained my options. When dealing with Insurance companies they don't want to pay if they don't have to. Nicole ensured that we were covered for any condition stable for 7 days prior to travel. Except cancer. I wish they offered episodic Pet coverage, but no big deal. Call them you won't go wrong.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Travel Guardian. From the receptionist , to the assistant Michaela, I was treated with extreme respect. My agent Nichole Bradshaw was very knowledgeable about the insurance that she recommended for my husband an I. There were many questions that I needed answered and she did that with grace and kindness and never made me feel that I was a burden, I highly recommend this agency. We called Travel Guardian prior to travelling out of the country in January and now again in March. The staff answering the phone determined our needs and directed us to the correct person. Randi was very professional and was able to source our travel insurance at a reasonable cost. The process was smooth and we were able to complete our transactions over the phone and via email. I would recommend Travel Guardian Insurance to anyone who requires out of province coverage.
