Solid broker
Tower Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Room for improvement
Tower Insurance Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Tower Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Tower Insurance Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
